A lighter shop for people who notice lighters
The Fire Torch is an online store that sells lighters and the gear that goes with them. We carry torch lighters, electric arc and plasma lighters, windproof flip-top and wick lighters, and novelty lighters shaped like things that have no business being lighters.
Torch lighters burn butane in a pressurized jet. The flame is hotter and more focused than a soft flame and it keeps going in wind, which makes a torch the go-to for cigars, grills, campfires, and candles on a breezy patio.
Electric arc lighters use no fuel at all. A rechargeable battery drives a small arc of electricity between two points. They are windproof, recharge from a USB cable, and you never buy butane again.
Wick lighters are the classic flip-top: a flint wheel, a wick, and the click of the lid snapping shut. Novelty lighters are the ones people ask you about, and they make easy gifts for the person who already has everything.
Every product page lists the fuel type, flame type, and how to refill or recharge, so you know exactly what you are getting before it arrives.

What kinds of lighters does The Fire Torch sell?
We sell torch lighters, electric arc and plasma lighters, windproof and wick lighters, novelty lighters, and accessories like butane, flints, and replacement wicks.
What is the difference between a torch lighter and an arc lighter?
A torch lighter burns butane in a pressurized jet, so the flame is hot, focused, and holds up in wind. That makes it a good fit for cigars, grills, and campfires. An arc lighter has no flame and no fuel: a rechargeable battery creates an electric arc. Arc lighters are windproof and recharge by USB, but the small arc suits candles and cigarettes better than cigars or kindling.
Do butane lighters come filled with fuel?
No. Shipping carriers do not allow fueled lighters in the mail, so butane lighters ship empty. Fill them with a quality refined butane before first use, then wait a few minutes for the gas to settle before lighting.
How do I charge an electric arc lighter?
Plug it into any USB wall adapter or computer port with the included cable. Each product page lists the port type and approximate charge time. Most arc lighters have an indicator light that shows when charging is done.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. U.S. delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that, and every order includes tracking. Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S.
What is your return and warranty policy?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Every lighter is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects. If something stops working, contact us with your order number and we will make it right.
